First Edition. Hardcover. 8vo. 576 pages. Later three quarter leather binding with title label on spine. Old amateur repairs made to binding. The front board has been replaced and glued to spine with a slightly smaller board. The rear board is also glued to spine. Right front and rear flyleafs are partially "stuck" to boards. Leather upper spine is chipped. Moderate toning and scattered foxing to contents. Contents include several Slave laws, town incorporations, road laws, several "reliefs" for individuals, etc. Fair.
