Leather is rubbed on the spine and board edges. Front joint has a thin crack. Rear joint lightly rubbed. Front hinge worn with exposed the stitching but cover securely attached. Light occasional brown spots to some pages. Pages 99, 100 have a large closed tear (no missing content). Armorial bookplate on the verso of the title page: "The Arms of Dundas of Arniston." with an an old ink citation "C VI 10" written on the bookplate.
