Contents are neatly trimmed news clippings from the Augusta Herald newspaper pasted down on blank paper. [16] pages plus part of the rear paste down used for the clippings. Some of the print has faint blue pencil stains from underlining. Tipped in on the rear paste down is a folded "To the Voters of the City of Augusta..." promoting the new plan from the Committee on Commission City Manager Plan. 19 members of the Augusta commission identified. Typed in the left lower section and underlined is "Defeated." A unique, one of a kind, political statement. Good. Item #32775
