Stitching has come loose and the pages are now separated into two sections. Light toning to the contents. Contents concern attempts to remedy malapportionment in Georgia. Delegates are listed; yeas and nays recorded; and various efforts to reduce number of representatives and base representation to some extent on the census of Slaves. According to De Renne's Georgia catalog the Constitutional Amendments adopted by the Convention were "Not ratified by the people on the first Monday of October as provided by the Act" convening the Convention.
