Document has an embossed blue seal lower left section. Some light toning, edge creases, and small edge tears to the document. John Rocker emigrated from Germany. Per the document: "...John Rocker an Alien, and subject of the Emperor Germany petitioned the court to be admitted a citizen - And having in all things compiled with the law in such case made and provided, the said John Rocker was accordingly admitted A Citizen of the United States of America, having first taken and subscribed in court the Oath of Naturalization..."
