Spine is chipped and flaking. Edge wear to the boards. Outer joint and inner front hinge cracked and cover loose but attached. Title faded on the spine. Light soiling to the front and rear end papers. Fair.
Note: this code contains a resolution numbered "Forty-Fifth" on page 170 that was adopted October 14th, 1870 honoring Robert E. Lee. This city code is the first pasted after the end of reconstruction in Georgia 1871. Scarce. 4 copies located in OCLC. Fair. Item #30930
