Light to moderate toning to the text. The front cover of volume 2 is detached. Leather is rubbed on the covers and cracked on the joints. Slight chipping to the lether title labels. Previous owners inscription written multiple times on the end papers - "C. W. Smith Salem N.J." One faint pencil inscription is dated 1836. A fair set only. Fair. Item #29572
