Document contains several articles. Document is signed at the bottom by Thomas Palmer Capt & Asst. Quatermaster. Thomas Palmer also signed the document on the verso. The Union Army would leave Atlanta later in November of 1864 for its March to the Sea. Very good. Item #28269
