Cloth covers and interior text are very clean. Slight fading to the publishers white stamped name bottom of the spine. "Private Library of A. L. Bumgarner" purple stamp on the front paste down. Christmas gift inscription written on the right front flyleaf - "To Bert with love from Mother Rand, Dec. 25th 1914." Same inscription hand written (upside down) on the rear flyleaf. This copy is signed by the author on the verso of the frontispiece photograph.
