Illustrated with one photograph plate of the author in text and an advertisement for "Shadow People" in back. Dual brown color cloth hardcover. Gilt title upper left edge front cover and on the spine. Covers are lightly soiled. A couple of small scuff marks to the binding and a couple of small punctures to the wavy cloth spine. Light toning to the contents. A stain from a laid in oval photograph of the author located between pages 140 and 141. An ink note written on the title page has partially bled through to the title page. A fair or better copy. The Atlanta author was one of the founders of "Woodmen of the World."
