First Edition. Leather bound. Octavo. [1], 132 pages, [1]. Brown sheepskin leather binding. Binding is in poor condition. The front board with tape remnants at top is detached. Spine is worn, chipped, and missing title labels. Leather boards are dry and flaking on the edges. Interior contents are clean. Laid inside the back cover is a folded, typed (or printed?) letter from Atlanta dated September 5, 1888. Addressed "My Dear Sir" it is signed by the compiler Henry Jackson. The letter concerns his bid for "candidacy for the position of Representative from Fulton County, in the next General Assembly". Previous owner name written on the frnt paste down (Augusta Wylie King). Poor. Item #27353
