Two pages have a small open slit (a printed name cut out)Following these pages on the next page is a period ink name that fits perfectly inside the previous open slit. Association copy. Previous owners ink inscriptions on the front blank outer wrap. The first name is "B. L. Delano Pittsfield, Mass" written at the top edge. Delano's printed entry in this catalogue is located on page 9 (Listing of the Juniors). Another owner, Samuel P. Danforth, wrote his name several times on both covers.
