Brown leather binding with blind stamped borders and designs on the covers. Raised bands and gilt title on the spine. Faded gilt text block edges. Reddish marbled end papers. Leather is scuffed and worn in several spots. Head of the spine is chipped. Front board starting to pull. Light to moderate scattered foxing to the contents including the engravings. Two previous owner gift inscriptions written on the front blank end paper. Fair condition only. Scarce. OCLC only lists one copy of this title held in institutions (Drew Univ.). Fair. Item #26566
