The outer cloth covering is faded on the covers, split on the rear joint, and chipped on the edges. The front hinge is broken and the stitching cords are visible. The text block is starting to separate from the front cover. Other sections of the text block are slightly cracked with visible stitching. Moderate toning and foxing to the contents. Former institutional copy with a book label from the "Athens (Georgia) Mechanics' Mutual Aid Association" on the front paste down. Fair. Item #25354
