Hardcover. 12mo. 333 pages,  page blank. binding is in poor condition. The front board is detached (a later board/binding). The rear board is missing. What remains of the leather spine is flaking off. The title page has a thin piece of linen both sides and is edge creased and detached. A bit of loss (or trimmed paper?) to the first two leaves at the bottom. The last  pages are loose. Moderate toning to the contents. The printed text is very light in spots almost (or is) unreadable without a magnifying glass. Collated complete with the exception of the front end sheets. Scarce. 11 copies held in institutions.
