First Edition. Wraps. Folio wraps. Approx. 14.5" x 9". Plain stitched paper wraps. Old inscription top of the front cover. Wraps are creased. Untrimmed text. Scattered brown spots on the covers and some of the back pages. Text is creased lower corners. Light toning to the contents. Acts and Laws consists of two parts. First part: pages 439-441 (note: printers error -page 441 is numbered 141). Second part: pages 443 - 482. The subtitle for the second part has manuscript corrections made to the title. Tursday was corrected to Thursday and the date was corrected to the twenty-second day. Acts include "Establishing a Corporation by the name of The Sixth Massachusetts Turnpike Corporation", establishment of the "Lincoln Academy", infrastructure acts, court acts, suppression of unauthorized lotteries, incorporating "The Salem East India Marine Society", an act to "ascertain the quality of Butter", and much more.
