The rest of the cards are from various places in the States including Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Sandusky Ohio, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Mississippi River, Smoky Mountains, Denver, Pikes Peak, Grand Forks North Dakota, and many other places.
