Original wraps rebound in brown cloth hardcover binding with gilt stamped title on the spine. Folding map present. Newer brown front and rear end sheets. Missing the first four pages (or not bound in). Page 5 is the title page. Folding map located after the advertisement page 8. Map is approximately 18" x 23". Light creases to the map and very light wear at the intersection of the folds. An old clear tape repair made to the closed tear on the verso of the map (no loss of content). Contents include a purplish engraved view of the Court House; a blue illustrated view of H. H. Neal Masonic Temple Clothing Store; Odd Fellow's Hall; Louisville Water Works; an engraved color advertising page; Bryant, Stratton & De Han's Business Telegraph College; Walnut Street Baptist Church; several illustrated advertisements; a tipped in pocket advertisement consisting of 8 pages (C. P. Barnes' Extra Gold Pens), etc. Purple name stamp of F. M. Garrett located in the upper right corner of the right front flyleaf and on the rear end sheet. "F. M. Garrett" written in pencil on the title page. Franklin Garrett was a local historian of Atlanta.
