Plain brown stitched paper wraps. Small edge chip rear wrap. Light toning to the contents. Major Roach was an officer in the War of 1812. Some of his battle experiences are highlighted in this narrative. Pamphlet prepared for Major Roach's candidacy for Sheriff of Philadelphia. This copy has the two extra pages of testimony by Scott and Near) located in the back of the pamphlet. Copies listed in OCLC and Sabin only list 23-24 pages and not the two additional pages.
