No front end sheet (if issued - does not appear removed?). Marbled paper covered boards are shelf worn and edge chipped. Paper chipped on the spine. Pages 33 and 34 are patched in the upper corner resulting in minor loss of text. Pages 33 and 34 also have old dried brown stains and are stitched with old string. Pages 35 and 36 are also stitched. No other repairs to the text. Previous owner 19th century date? and name written top of the title page. Title and preliminary pages are in German. The first 18 pages are both in German and English.
