Limited Edition. Hardcover. Small quarto (approx. 9.5" x 7.5"). [1], 187 pages. Frontispiece engraving of Thomas Pinckney. Marbled color paper covered boards with brown leather corners. Brown leather spine with 5 raised bands, gilt lines and gilt lettered title and publisher stamped on the spine. Gilt top edge. Untrimmed foredge and bottom edge. Brown end papers. The right front flyleaf is present but detached. The previous owner's bookplate is located on the right front flyleaf. In faint pencil on the back of page 187 in pencil is the inscription - "E. L. Rand, Jr. 20". Limited edition of 100 copies and also 30 copies printed for the editor. This is number 36 and is initialed by the publisher J. Munsell. Bibliographic references indicate Franklin B. Hough as the editor although his name is not located in this book and other digitized internet copies.
