Small splits and edge tears to the fragile, thin paper. Small previous owner's name label on the far left upper edge front page. The orphanage, located east of Decatur Georgia was founded in 1873 by Jesse Boring. It was later named the Decatur Methodist Children's Home. In 2017 the DMCH property was sold for development. Good.
