Third Edition. Hardcover. 12mo. [1], 424 pages, [6] pages of author advertisements, [2]. Dark brown pebble cloth hardcover with blind stamped design on the boards. Gilt lettered title and illustration on the spine. Cloth is chipped head and base of the spine. Scuff spots on the covers and one scuffed spot on the spine affecting the letter "S" in the title. Corners of the boards are worn, exposed. Period ink name of the previous owner "Lewis E. Snow" written on the front blank and rear blank end papers. A later's owner mailing label on the front paste down.
