First Edition. Wraps. Wraps. 15 pages. Frontispiece engraved portrait of Berrien. Green covers with title on the front wrap. Fragile covers are chipped with closed tears. Interior in very good condition. Included with this pamphlet is an approximately 4" x 2" clipped inscription "John Macpherson Berrien, Savannah Georgia." Berrien, 1781-1856, was a United States Senator from Georgia and Attorney General in the Andrew Jackson administration. He also was one of the original Georgia Historical Society founders. Good.
