Brown cloth hardcover with blind stamped Indian illustration on the front cover and gilt stamped title on spine. Brown cloth is worn and faded with light to moderate edge wear. Hinges lightly cracked and text slightly shaken. Light scattered foxing to contents. Cloth starting to fray on the outer joint. 1870 previous owner inscriptions on right front flyleaf. Printed in the same year as the first edition this copy has "Million Edition" stamped at the bottom of the brown cloth spine.
