Green cloth hardcover with gilt title on the spine. Cloth is edge worn head and base of spine and on the corners. Slight crack to the front hinge. Extensive light genealogical pencil notes written by a distant ancestor of General Irvine on the first 2 front blank end papers and on page vii. Another, earlier previous owner inscription on the verso of George Washington's engraving. Map is in very good condition.
