Autograph Album. Approx. 5.5" x 3.5" autograph book. Brown leather binding with gilt decorated borders and title. Front cover is loose but attached. A few leaves are starting to detach. Book consists of [50] leaves containing autographs, inscriptions and a couple of sketches. Most of the book with the exception of a some blank sides are used. Dates range from 1877 -1883. Places signed include Bridgeport, Fairfield, Fairfield Woods, Easton, Greenfield, Westport, Southport Connecticut; Highland Falls Orange Co. N.Y.; Pittsfield Mass; Bayonne N J, etc. Several of the inscriptions are addressed to "Alice" with one of the inscriptions written to "Dear Mother" signed "Alice May Gruemann (sp.?)" Good.
