The cloth has superficial insect damage and is faded. The interior contents have light occasional foxing. Several pages of this report have not been opened. The first map has a small closed tear on the far margin. The second map has an approx. 2" closed tear. "Compliments of J. Adger Smythe Mayor" slip tipped inside the front cover. A fair copy. Fair.
